A view into Biathlon sport

David from the Kitzbühel cross-country skiing school will give you an introduction to the sport of biathlon. From shooting with an air rifle, lying down and standing at the 5 targets. We warm up together, jog leisurely for about 30 minutes through Bichlach and chat about training methods. We then continue with shooting at the shooting range. A final relay rounds off the whole thing and shows the difficulty of shooting under pressure.
