Cranio sacral is a gentle method of releasing blockages and mobilising the body's self-healing powers through targeted, attentive touch.

Successfully used in gynaecology and for newborns and infants, small children and adults. Craniosacral impulse regulation helps to strengthen the immune system, deep relaxation, general stress reduction and more energy and nerve strength. There is an inner rhythm that can be felt. This needs to be discovered and brought back into flow - if necessary. The studio is located in the Kitzbühel "Gesundheitszentrum". Please make an appointment.
